The Live – Musiche di Sconfine project takes shape within the Youth Forum of the province of Gorizia in 2009 through coordination between the associative world and the institutional world and reaches its tenth edition in 2018. The ass. Research Area Group – Dobialab is identified as project leader and works in continuous interaction with organizations and associations by networking economic, artistic, technical and logistical skills, developing an innovative character in this combined working method.
Live – Musiche di Sconfine offers a traveling schedule full of musical days, with concerts, live entertainment and musical workshops, mainly in the province of Gorizia and in neighboring Slovenia (in particular with the creative music festival “Brda Contemporary Music Festival” ).
The protagonists of the project are music and young people, not only for the wide participation and use, but above all in the construction of the project itself.
During the various editions Live – Musiche di Sconfine has hosted established artists on the international scene such as Aba Shanti, Deadbeat, Jah Free, Jimi Tenor, Mats Gustaffson, Meridian brothers, Mouse on Mars, Philm, Phil Minton, Rashad Becker, Teho Teardo, Tristan Honsinger.
